Our Products

From New York, with a Little Sweetness. We’re a New York–based food stall sharing our love for tanghulu—a traditional Chinese treat made with fruit and a delicate, crunchy sugar shell. From strawberries to grapes and colorful fruit combinations, each skewer brings together juicy sweetness and a satisfying crunch. For us, the best part of being a local stall is connecting with people. Whether you’re trying tanghulu for the first time or coming back for your favorite, we’re happy to share a little sweetness with you.

Our Craft

Our syrup runs on a thermometer, not a guess — a few degrees decides whether the shell shatters or turns sticky in your hand.


Fruit is sourced weekly and sorted by hand; anything too soft to hold a clean coat never makes it onto a skewer.


Tea is brewed, cooled and dated every single day, so a jasmine lemon tea tastes the same on a slow Tuesday as it does on a packed Saturday.
